Hollywood has always been fueled as much by what’s on the plate as what’s on the screen, and this page is devoted to the neighborhood restaurants that keep the city eating between takes, premieres, and late nights. Here you’ll find honest, firsthand reviews of local Hollywood and near-Hollywood spots—from long-standing institutions to newly opened kitchens—written with an eye toward history, atmosphere, service, and, most importantly, the food itself. These are not hype pieces or paid promotions, but thoughtful visits meant to capture how a place really feels, tastes, and fits into the ever-changing culinary life of Hollywood.
